St. Paul’s Vestry
The vestry is the elected lay governing body of the congregation. Together with clergy, the vestry is responsible for the annual budget, the building, and other financial and administrative affairs. They also provide essential spiritual leadership for the mission and ministry of the church.
Vestry members are elected by the parish at the Annual General Meeting each winter, and members served staggered terms as required by our bylaws.
